• Lifting services include but are not limited crane operation in the following settings: 
  • HVAC, construction & steel erection, sign installment, roofing, solar panel install, swimming pools and hot tub install, trusses, cell tower work, truck loading and unloading, and more.

Trucking Rentals - with or without crane rental

• Local Trucking Services - 11ft Flat bed, 20ft flatbed, 20ft tilt deck, and  35 ft flat bed rated for 20,000lbs
• Delivery of Rooftop Units and Other Objects  Day of Job
• Disposal of Old Unit
• Shipment Receiving & Short/Long Term Storage

• What are we lifting? 
• What is the address of the lift?
• Where will the crane be parked?
• How high up is the desired lift? 
• How far away from the crane is the lift? 
• How much does the lift weigh? 
• Are there overhead electrical lines where the customer thinks the crane should be set-up? 
• Are there any underground tanks that may not support the weight of the crane? 

Prior to the lift, you may need to:

• Clear all parked cars from the set up area 
• Notify the town if you need a set-up in the street 
• Hire traffic control 
• Have overhead electrical wires shut off
